SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES

Shipping
We ship worldwide. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders and are automatically emailed to customers upon shipment. Although an estimated delivery date may be provided, we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. International orders may take several weeks from time of shipment to reach their destination.

Handling
While all orders are inspected before shipping and packed with extreme care, even the most securely packaged items may become damaged during transit. We cannot control the handling of packages once they leave the studio. If your print is damaged in transit we are happy to handle this on a case by case basis with individual collectors who are able to provide details and documentation of the damage. Shipping insurance for the full value of the product is included in the shipping fee for all original artwork. 

Changes and cancellations
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to change, update, or cancel your print order. All prints are made-to-order and go into production after 24 hours.

Returns
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, in its original packaging. 

Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at info@elizabethannfrancis.ca. Once the return request has been confirmed, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the address provided. Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. 

Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

● Customized prints
